Welcome to St. Petersburg, Russia. Possibly popular as being one of the last places the Romanov family were before they were killed off. Of course, Rasputin isn't the only horrible monster that ever walked the streets of this fair town. St. Petersburg holds a dark secret; a dark secret that is slowly surfacing. People are noticing, people are talking, newstands are shouting, and television reporters are buzzing. The legendary `shifters`, people who have the ability to change between an animal form and a human form at will, aren't just a legend. They exist and they live among us. Outcasted for being different, shunned for being freaks, and tortured for being devils on earth the `shifters` are in hiding. They walk among us as ordinary people, but they are far from it. They have their own world, a world similar to ours that accepts them. Some believe it to be under St. Petersburg's streets, and some believe it to be in the very city.

Perhaps it's both, but one can never be too sure where the ghosts sleep at night.
